At Cube, we are looking for a fire and security professional to join our team as a trainer. This an exciting opportunity for an experienced fire and security professional to start a career in passing on their skills and knowledge to our enthusiastic learners. Our learning facilities are based in Gravesend, Kent, half an hour from the centre of London via train. Flexible hours (part-time or full-time available).

The ideal candidate will:
– have at least 5 years of experience in the Fire and Security industry
– have good communication skills
– have high proficiency in spoken and written English
– be a team player
Duties and responsibilities:
• Developing classroom-based technical training materials
• Working with SMEs to create technical training materials
• Putting together overviews, trainer notes, Powerpoint & student workbooks
• Developing eLearning content and managing an LMS
• Liaising with the sales team and customers to organise training courses
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses and feeding it back into the training development cycle
• Maintaining training equipment and facilities
