 Are you a self-starter with experience in digital marketing, who is motivated to reach their potential and deliver excellent results?

This is an important role and your success will result in increased lead generation, increased brand awareness and enhancement of the company’s reputation. Reporting to the company directors, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for putting together creative campaigns, initiatives and content to engage with customers through both online and offline channels.

A small but rapidly growing training and recruitment business in the fire and security industry, providing first-class training and recruitment services. We are currently experiencing unprecedented demand and are looking to take advantage of this situation to grow over the next two years. Our small, friendly team is based in Gravesend, Kent, UK.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at:

  • Content writing: You will be experienced in writing optimised content across multiple channels
  • Digital marketing platforms: You will have a detailed understanding of data management, web analytics, surveys, social media, marketing campaigns, and social media analytics
  • Paid search: You will be experienced with Google Ads and be able to demonstrate ability to manage campaigns to deliver the optimum ROI
  • Social media: You will be comfortable devising social media campaigns across multiple channels, building custom audiences and paid ads, and delivering results
  • CMS: You will have a good knowledge of CMS and be able to work on optimising company content for SEO
  • CRM: You will have a good understanding of CRM systems and the importance of data
  • Analytical: You will have an eye for detail and the ability to collate, analyse and interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • GDPR: Excellent knowledge of the data regulations

 

Experience & qualifications:

  • At least 2 years proven experience in all aspects of digital marketing
  • Proficient knowledge of the CRM industry and systems (ideally Dynamics 365)
  • Data management with strong data segmentation skills
  • Experience of working with a digital marketing platform (ideally ClickDimensions)

 

What the role entails:

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the digital marketing strategy and the monthly marketing budget for the company. Your time will be yours to utilise how you see fit. We believe that, as an expert in digital marketing, you should be allowed to run the show your way. You will measure the results of your efforts with monthly tracking and analysis to feed back to the team.

  • Google Adwords account management
  • Social Media account management
  • Email marketing
  • Creating campaigns
  • Writing and editing blog posts
  • Occasionally picking up the phone and speaking to customers and prospects
  • Liaising with suppliers re: web updates, infographics, web copy
  • Reporting on agreed metrics
