Cube Group Training is proud to announce that they have appointed Content Marketing and Office Administrator Shannon Donovan and Recruitment and Sales Administrator Katie Kenny. Both will be based at the Cube Group Training centre in Gravesend, and will focus on the company’s engagement of clients, gaining valuable knowledge on the prospectus of classroom and distance learning training courses that Cube Group Training provides.
Cube offers fire and security training and recruitment as well as tutor-led distance learning courses, including its Level 3 CCTV Installation and Fire Alarm Installation course. Earlier this month, the company launched their Level 2 CCTV and Design Installation online course in order to accommodate for the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure training could still be completed remotely.
Shannon Donovan will be working as a Content Writer and Marketing Coordinator for the company. She says: “I am looking forward to learning more about the security industry and using my skills to help engage and reach out to clients on social media platforms through my content. The team at Cube have been very welcoming and enabled me to work independently whilst still learning and gaining valuable knowledge through guidance from my fellow work colleagues. I feel comfortable in my position and am excited to see what the future holds for me.”
Katie Kenny will focus on supporting Cube clients to ensure they find the right courses to meet their professional development needs as well as help recruit people into the security industry. She says: “I am looking forward to learning more about the security and fire industry as well as gain more knowledge and understanding of software and how they work. I will use the skills that I have already to help me along the way. I look forward to growing and working independently as well as working with my colleagues and helping them with any work or assistance they may need. I feel like this is a positive environment to work in and has useful resources to use and to work with. I also feel comfortable in my surroundings and have been welcomed in well and been shown everything that I need to know.”
