Alarm Receiving Centres & Remote Video Response Centres
An alarm receiving centre (ARC) provides security system monitoring services. It monitors the intruder and fire alarm signals. The remote video response centres (RVRC) monitors CCTV systems and other CCTV systems used in security applications. These systems should be compliant to BS 8418. (The code of practice for the installation and remote monitoring of detector activated CCTV systems.)
To find RVRCs, click on NSI approved company and select ‘Alarm Monitoring’ from the ‘Select Services’ list.
